Now fans can see where in New York City the scenes of Ugly Americans take place using the new Interactive Map, complete with video clips and character icons created by Comedy Central.

Ugly Americans is a new horror comedy about New York City with horrifying beasts, science-fiction freaks, and fantasy faeries. This animated horror-comedy series follows one Mark Lilly, social worker at the Department of Integration, as he helps new citizens both human and “other” adapt to hectic life in the Big Apple.  There are easier tasks than weaning vampires off of blood, socializing land-whales, and housebreaking werewolves, but Mark is up to the challenge. Between his stressful job, a zombie roommate, and a demon ex-girlfriend, Mark’s lucky if he can sneak in a few minutes of sleep. But who can sleep when there’s a drop-dead gorgeous Mermaid sitting at the bar?

The Youth Channel is a division of Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) targeting youth under 25. It’s the first channel created by youth for youth. YC was established in March 2000 and provides training and hands on experience in all aspects of public access television and video production. Do you want to be on TV? Submit your video for consideration.

MNN Youth Channel also offers free media related workshops to community-based organizations, after-school programs and schools interested in hosting on-site or off-site workshops. They provide all of the necessary equipment and materials. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

You can also tour their studio or have them tape your community event.

Members of the Pace community (students, faculty, staff, and alumni) may attend the tapings free on a standby basis, with a valid Pace ID, and may be accompanied by one non-Pace guest. Guest ID may be required. Please join the standby line on Spruce Street outside the theater 30 minutes- 1 hour before show time.

Generally, tickets are booked about one month in advance from the actual taping. You can request up to four tickets, and all audience members must be at least 17 years old. You may only book tickets once every six months and you may not book tickets with any other groups of people.

For standby tickets, arrive before 9:00 am on the morning of the taping under the NBC Studios marquee on the 49th Street side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza (GE Building). Only one ticket will be issued per person. All standby tickets not handed out at 9:00 am will be placed at the NBC Studio Tour Desk on the second floor of the NBC Experience Store in Rockefeller Plaza. Please not that a standby ticket does not guarantee admission.

Bonus: Sit in  antique seats originally used inside the legendary Radio City Music Hall (yes, they cleaned and refurbished them first).
