New York City is the greatest city in the world! That is why rent is high, dinner is expensive, and the streets are so crowded. The Tri-State area has one of the highest cost of living in the US. We understand that lately your salary (ours too) just isn’t cutting it.

That is why this website is committed to spreading the word on all things free and really, very, extremely cheap in this great city. Visitors will be able to view archival material that shows vintage streetscapes—with the same views as they appear today—and illustrates the continuities and change over time at the Seaport.

Santa will make appearances at the Pier 17 Atrium, 3rd floor: 12 – 7 pm Thursdays & Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm he reads a story. Guests can bring their own cameras for free photos with Santa.
